The BodyWise Project
The BodyWise is a new project born in a particular moment of my life. It's a branch separate from my therapeutic work, meant for writing, observation, and connecting with other people. It doesn't replace anything I already do here: it walks alongside it. It's born from exactly where I'm standing right now and I want it to grow in directions I don't even know yet myself.

If you'd like to follow what I'm writing, week by week,
The BodyWise has its own home, with its own blog.
Why Now
I was recently diagnosed with cancer and that reordered quite a bit in me: time, priorities, things that used to feel urgent and stopped being so.
Instead of keeping that process to myself, I decided to write about it and about everything moving around it. This isn't a project about being sick. It's a space to observe life from this new place, whatever theme happens to show up.

Two Branches, One Tree
Over time, I hope The BodyWise will speak about much more: relationships, the body, belonging, creativity and whatever helps us get through life's hard moments.
My professional practice keeps running exactly as it did before; The BodyWise doesn't replace it.
They're two branches of the same tree, each with its own purpose.
Here, I keep supporting people one on one; there, I share out loud what I'm learning along the way.
