AN INVITATION
Are You Ready to Recover Your True Self?
-
Do you feel stuck in loops stress, overthinking, or “autopilot” habits?
-
Would you like a daily routine of yoga, breathwork, and reflection that actually sticks?
-
Are you curious to explore the adaptations beneath your behaviors with compassion, not judgment?
-
Do you want a supported reset in nature, then 16 weeks of guidance to integrate it at home?
-
Are you open to healing in community, learning to listen (not fix) your inner world?

This is more than a retreat about addiction. It’s a journey of reconnection and transformation. Through daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll explore the roots of your behaviors, habits, and adaptations not with judgment, but with compassion. Supported by a global community, you’ll return home with tools for lasting change, and continue your journey with 16 weeks of guided online integration.
Recover Your True Self is an invitation: to slow down, nurture your nervous system, and step into a healthier rhythm for your body and mind.
